Shipment Policy

We encourage customers to place their order in advance to ensure there is enough time to receive their item. If items are ordered and payment/confirmation made after 2pm for international/local order, shipping will go the next working day. Customized products will take a 2 - 10 working days to be delivered after full payment is made.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Kadens online reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our Merchant payment platform. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included.

However within country of respective store representatives, shipping is free to the residents of such respective countries’ products but across countries, shipping fee is applicable as well as international transfer charges so shipping shall only be carried out if payment in relation to this order is made in full.

Return Policy & Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after we receive your return form and also, we have confirmed receipt of the return products. We will keep you updated by email about the status of your return; however we will not be liable for delays of refund via mode of transfers platform after legal receipt has emailed to you of refund effected. We will not be liable for incorrect account details provided by the customer for the refund. All items sold on Kadens online, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 7 days from delivery date. You do not have to return your entire order. • Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met

Products returned as a result of website error should be returned in its original states as received (tags and labels , not damaged, sealed condition, new condition)

Product Condition;

Products that are not in its expected state before delivered to customer should be returned in its original state as received(tags and labels intact ,not damaged, sealed condition, new condition)

Wrong Product;

Wrong products returned should be in its original states as received (tags and labels ,not damaged, sealed condition, new condition)

Parts Missing ;

Parts missing; returned should be in its original states as received (tags and labels intact, not damaged)

NB; In the fashion category, we encourage you to carefully check full description of the items and confirm if it will meet all your expectations before placing your order. For instance, we do not accept returns if size does not fit, or if client dislike the product (colour, material, style). Gift cards, jewelry, underwear and bodysuits merchandise may not be returned.
